Jess Spieker Ferden manages residential closing operations and administers 1031 exchange accounts and construction draws. A member of the Title Company team since 2005, she spent her first seven years as a residential closer followed by ten years overseeing the “Docs Desk.” She is dedicated to improving and implementing changes that ensure each of The Title Company’s clients feels valued in their experience.

A graduate of MSUM, Jess maintains a vibrant presence in the community, serving as a board member of Churches United since 2019. Jess stays on the go with her active family of seven, cheering on her kids at the hockey rink and the ball diamond. Taking her father’s words to heart, “life is good”, she’s quick to dole out the double thumbs up and jovial words of encouragement to her teammates and family whenever needed.
